Projects undertaken by Stateland have included multiple dwellings, resort and residential style developments, retirement living, single lot housing, and various commercial and industrial projects throughout Queensland.

The following is a snapshot of some Stateland developments:

Ashgrove Apartments, Brisbane

The apartment projects - Ashgrove Vue and Ashgrove Park are two separate apartment buildings located on a quiet, leafy residential street in Brisbane's inner city suburb of Ashgrove. The apartments are well located close to the local shopping and restaurant precinct as well as schools, public transport, bikeway and parklands.

On a large 4,701 square metres of land, Stateland subdivided the property into two lots - creating Lot 51 on the Western side and Lot 52 on the Eastern side.

The large lot sizes along with the retention of significant vegetation ensure the apartments are nestled within a parkland landscape setting with generous separation from neighbours.

Both projects contain 22 spacious modern, two bedroom / two bathroom apartments over three levels. Each apartment has a dedicated undercover car parking bay, and a lift services the secure basement carpark and all three apartment levels.

On a rare piece of land that could have allowed for up to 65 dwellings, Sanctuary offers but 21, and this purity of thought and commitment is carried through at every level.

Oasis at Palm Cove - McDonald Close, Palm Cove

Occupying its own quiet cul-de-sac in Palm Cove, Oasis at Palm Cove is set amongst extensive landscaped resort style grounds. The project features 36 spacious three bedroom apartments, plus manager's residence.

Luxurious and well appointed, the apartments are approved for both permanent residential living and holiday use.

Stateland has also developed a number of other resort projects in Port Douglas and Palm Cove, each featuring distinctive tropical designs and our signature landscaping.

Breezes At Mackay

Subsequent to our development of a seniors rental accommodation village in Mackay, Stateland recognised the opportunity for the development of a broader seniors living community. Thorough market and social research was undertaken and independent analysis confirmed that such a community would be a welcome addition to the residential fabric of the region.

Stateland secured a strategically located 10 hectare site in Mackay that was compatible with our stringent requirements and design philosophy for a seniors living community.

The site was master planned, Council approvals to achieve an appropriate use and density were obtained and various site issues were successfully resolved. A client then acquired the site and was immediately able to commence construction, without delay.

Affordable Rental Accommodation for Seniors

Stateland has been involved in the development of turnkey products for a national provider of seniors rental accommodation; three projects in Queensland, located in Cairns and Mackay, and one in New South Wales.

The communities offer seniors secure, comfortable accommodation that is affordable. Varying in size from 50 to 92 units, each community is operated by a national management company, which provides on-going management and services to residents.

Each community comprises air-conditioned, fully self-contained and attractively furnished units, a community centre, dining room/kitchen and manager's residence - all nestled amongst extensive and attractive landscaping.

Junction Street, Edge Hill

On a rare piece of flat land, exceptionally well located in the established and highly regarded inner Cairns suburb of Edge Hill, the 1.3 hectare site was reconfigured into 5 single housing lots each approximately 2,500 square metres.

To preserve the amenity of the suburb there is a covenant over the titles, which will allow only one further subdivision on each housing lot. Providing the opportunity to later split the block into two blocks - one fronting Junction Street, the other accessed from Junction Street.

These housing lots are located just a short walk to Edge Hill Village, Flecker Botanical Gardens and Centenary Lakes.

Argentea Palm Cove

Two stunning and contemporary homes in the residential resort community of Argentea Palm Cove.

The homes are spacious and very well appointed, capturing the very best of a modern, tropical and relaxed lifestyle. Features include a stunning chef's kitchen and generous living and dining areas seamlessly opening onto timber decks.

Paradise Point Palm Cove || Kewarra Beach

Stateland has developed a number of more affordable house and land packages in the popular Northern Beach suburbs of Cairns. As with all of Statelandís projects, these homes were designed to meet the market after extensive research into the needs and desires of potential purchasers, without compromising on quality.

118 McLeod Street, Cairns

An existing commercial building on the fringe of the Cairns CBD that was completely refurbished for Defence Force Recruiting. This project was undertaken in a Joint Venture with Trident Corporation.

Smithfield Cairns, Commercial Precinct

Stateland secured two parcels of land, being 3.3 hectares and 4.8 hectares, both strategically located on a major highway and positioned opposite a large regional shopping centre.

Various options to maximise the development opportunities were explored and the sites were master planned after the identification of the optimal configuration. A staged process of lot reconfiguration and the successful resolution of various infrastructure issues followed.

A number of end users were identified resulting in Bunnings, Hungry Jacks, Pizza Hut, Video Ezy, The Warehouse and various other retail outlets establishing in the precinct.
